Two separate living spaces with TV's, one on each floor. Great for multiple families or separating the kids and adults.

There are Adirondack chairs, a ping pong table and an 8 person hot tub on the spacious front porch with views of Boulder Bay during the day, and stars at night.

Across a laid-back residential street, you have your own brand new private dock.

During the months of May through September, we provide 2 kayaks and 1 canoe, weather permitting.
We have an assortment of life jackets available.

We are a two pup max, pet friendly cabin with a fenced back yard.

Upstairs lake view porch with cafe tabes and chairs.

A 55" TV in the upstairs family room, and a 40" TV in the downstairs den.

Two indoor wood burning stoves. Wood is provided.

3 paved parking spaced available.

Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am.
Early check may be possible upon availability.

You are required to take all extra garbage that will not fit in the bins with you. If there is any trash left behind, inside or outside, you are subject to a minimum of a $100 fine.

It offers great dining, shopping, a movie theater and live music.

You are just a few miles from Snow Summit. There is great skiing and boarding in the winter, with hiking and biking when the snow melts.

November 1st-April 1st, you are required to carry chains on the mountain. A storm could arrive quickly and you need to be prepared for that. Chains may be necessary to access this property. Snow plowing is provided but it is scheduled after four inches and is on a route, so it is not on demand. Shovels are on the property if needed, renter is responsible for snow removal not removed by our regularly scheduled snow removal service.

Summary: Everything was absolutely amazing, we brought our boat and the dock was perfect! Kids played in the lake on the kayaks there! Being in Boulder Bay was nice and quiet! The house has everything you need and very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

Summary: We had a great stay at this lake house. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked. We cooked a lot and never wanted for anything in the kitchen. We even got to eat fresh-made waffles! Location on Boulder Bay is great and canoes were a lot of fun. Lots of outdoor places to sit and enjoy the lake. Spa was wonderful too after a day of canoe-ing. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not too close to the village but close enough to get there quickly if we wanted to.

Summary: Our Family stayed Dec. 27-30, 2024. It was a very clean and comfortable home. Description was accurate. Beautiful location on the water and you can walk to Boulder Bay Park. Drive to Summit Mountain to Snow Board and The Village to eat and shop was very quick. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this home and will be staying again in future.

Summary: Great location, so nice to sit out on the deck and look at the water and so nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs. A few restaurants and markets within walking distance and an easy drive to the town. Owner was quick and helpful with questions!

Summary: We had a great stay at the Lake House. Beautiful views in a quiet location. We fished off the dock, took our dogs for walks around the lakefront and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen has everything you might need, including oven baking dishes, pots and pans, grill and kitchen utensils. Beds, pillows and couches were all very comfortable.

Summary: Our group consisted of four adults, one 7-year-old and one infant. The amenities here were great! Sitting in the Jacuzzi overlooking the lake was a dream and having a dock to take our sea-doo out from was just what the doctor ordered. We would love to come back to this house again!

Summary: Great property! Would definitely stay there again. My 3 friends and I rented this property in August for 5 nights for a girl’s getaway. The location was perfect – right across from Boulder Bay. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious upper balcony where we had some of our meals, played cards, and watched people on the lake. Having our own private dock was a real plus and we took advantage of the canoe and kayaks provided by Colleen, the host. We loved relaxing on the lounge and Adirondak chairs (with comfy cushions) after soaking in the warm, soothing hot tub looking out on the beautiful lake. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee when the lake looked like glass. There were a couple small restaurants local market conveniently located within walking distance. We had a great time at this property and highly recommend it!
